EU: You can return your product via 14 days, at this moment we don't cover return labels. If you want to return your product or change size, please contact
OUTSIDE OF EU: All sales are final unless the items is defective, if you have any issues with our order please contact shipping@cyvist.com

You will be notified upon receival and inspection of your return.
If approved for refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund may take up to 3-5 days to process.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace damaged or defective items.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
Orders outside of European Union might be subject to additonal variable fees like customs & import taxes. Please check your countries policy before ordering.
On high-cost items, we suggest using a trackable & insured shipping service for returns for extra security.
